Open to Maui County middle and high school students: Through an exciting partnership between Hitachi and Maui Economic Development Board, new electric vehicle (EV) quick charging stations are in the process of being installed at locations around the island of Maui. Hitachi has presented the opportunity to beautify four of their chargers with an art design contest! Maui County middle and high school students are welcome to design an original image that positively represents the community, environment, and clean energy.
The artwork will be featured on the front and back panels of chargers.
